3. Order Processing


3.1 Most orders require 1-2 business days for processing, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


3.2 All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms. Reselling our products on platforms like Amazon or eBay is strictly prohibited.


3.3 Non-acceptance of your order may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:


The product is out of stock.

4.2 All shipments include tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered.
